Four Seed Breadmix 500g

Ingredients

300ml Water
500g (3 1/2 Cups) Bin Inn Four Seed Breadmix
8g (2 tsps) Active Dried Yeast OR 10g (3 tsps) SupaBake Active Yeast Blend

Setting: ‘Wheat’
Loaf Size: 750g

Instructions

1. Remove bread pan from breadmaker before adding ingredients.
2. Place water, Bin Inn Four Seed Breadmix and yeast into the bread pan according to the order specified in your breadmaker manual. Bin Inn recommends water first, then breadmix and lastly yeast.
3. Insert bread pan into breadmaker machine.
4. Follow directions for your breadmaker to select loaf size, bake setting and crust.

Hints:
Carefully measure ingredients, level cup and teaspoon measurements with the back of a knife. For best results, weigh dry ingredients, the cup measurements are a guide only. Use a measuring jug for water. Luke warm water is best. Refer to your breadmaker instruction manual as breadmaker machine brands and models are slightly different.
