Cous Cous Pearl 500g

Israeli Couscous is also known as pearl couscous is perfect with vegetables, meat, chicken and fish or as a delicious mediterranean salad. 

Bring a large pot of salted water or stock to the boil, add 275g of couscous (approx. One and a half cups), simmer for 7-8 minutes or until cooked, stirring occasionally, drain and stir through a drizzle of oil and season to taste. Serves 4 as an accompaniment to a main meal. Tastes great with added nuts, seeds and chopped dried fruit.
